Ohh for fun

Take a look at the jersey's you own. People tend to buy jersey's of players that embody them or live up to some ideal that they want to live by.

There is a reason that you wear a certain jersey

Joe McEwing: Was a hard worker (like me) who did a lot of the little things and played all of the different positions. (Did the dirty work, was scrappy, tough)

Emmitt Smith: Was just a durable running back... He was Emmitt. I wanted to be like Emmitt. I wanted to jump over the pile like he did (this is back when I was 10)

Richie Anderson: Unheralded Fullback on the Cowboys who lead the team in rushing in Parcells first year. I loved Richie Anderson..unheralded but good...kind of like me in a way.

Michael Jordan: Greatness...M.J. is great...who doesn't want to be great? Everyone wants to be like Mike.

Ben Gordon: I associate Ben Gordon with the championship winning tradition of UConn athletics...that is why I bought a retro UConn jersey and not a current one...I wanted the jersey of a UConn Champion.

Deion Sanders: It's simple, I wanted to Dance like Deion when I scored a touchdown.

Dexter Coakley and Roy Williams: I've always loved to play defense...both of these guys came up with big plays and were really strong. I wanted to be like them.

Roberto Alomar: I loved Roberto Alomar because he was a switch hitter...an all-around player...(maybe not person)I always think of him hitting a pitch to the opposite field down the line for a double...unfortunately that was when he was with the Indians...I have his Met's jersey.

Randy Moss and Cris Carter (Vikings jerseys) I thought that duo was amazing. Carter was consistent, Moss made fantastic catches.

I never bought a Troy Aikman or Scottie Pippen jersey...they weren't me. Michael Irvin for the same reason...I wanted to run through people, like Emmitt Smith...not jump over them, like Irvin...I didn't want to be Pippen...Jordan's right hand man...or Troy Aikman because he didn't run...

I wanted to buy a Akeem Priestley jersey but I never got around to it...I wanted Akeem's because no one talked about Akeem (compared to O'B)...like no one talks about me...yet he is very good...like I'm a good person (atleast I hope so...) Akeem also plays with such skill...I wish I could maneuver a soccer ball the way he could. I wish I had his ball control.

Think about the jerseys that you have bought and chances are there is some reason that you chose a certain player...chances are they are saying something about you.
