oh yeah I forgot something

Also, I was talking about the 3 people that made me interested in soccer. I forgot, there is a 4th...just unlike the other 3, this person wouldn't say hello to me because she doesn't know me. But as most of you know, Cory Bildstein's kick against Yale hooked me on soccer. That was amazing, and that play, more than any other, is why I like the game of soccer. So unlike those other 3, who would at least say hello, I have no personal connection to Bildstein, but I can still remember, feel and picture that play in my head. I literally have a picture in my head of the ball being chased by Kacey Richards, seeing the ball in the air, hitting off of the Yale players arm, the referees making a decision, The Wall being formed, Cory lining up to kick, watching the ball bend past the defenders and past the outstretched arms of the goalie and into the back of the net and then jumping off of the stands in complete shock and excitement. I remember Annie Yi scoring the game winner (she should get credit for that, even though no one else probably remembers it) and also remember talking about that play non-stop with the women's basketball team when I was reporting. I remember Renee Montgomery and Kaili McLaren walking by with this amazed expression on their faces and they were saying "what a game"

I've heard from a source that this play was relived by a certain individual a lot...and that certain other individuals close to the situation had heard enough about it by the next day. Sorry, but I had to bring it up for the 1,000th time today.
