As I read through another NCAA magazine I am reminded of one of the best displays of sportsmanship that I have ever seen. I thought what Central Washington did to help the injured Western Oregon softball player around the bases was a great thing to do. Basically her teammates couldn't help the injured player around the bases without it counting for an out. The opposing team carried her around the bases to make the homerun count.

I think this happened a year ago, but I'll bring it up again to remind you and refresh your memory.
A certain school in New York should recruit more players like this. It might help prevent them from being excommunicated by the lord for their poor sportsmanship.
I also wish that Robin Ventura's Grand Slam single in Game 5 of the 1999 NLCS (The Mets mobbed Ventura before her got to second base) would count as a home run.
