What did I learn today

My cousins came today. I learned that the number one result on google for Brian Medlin (my cousin) beats Michael Phelps is my blog. I am really proud that's the number one result.

I wish I could swim.

I am a better vertical swimmer than horizontal swimmer.

Speaking of swim class, I might not blind my classmates anymore. We got a used boat that's in good condition and I bet that I won't escape the sun while I'm on the water.

I also learned that I am a better pool player than I was a week ago.

However, I like to give back. So I also taught someone something today.

My cousin brought her friend Eric, who went to UConn, to stop and visit. We started talking and I mentioned that I loved UConn's teams and he mentioned that he knew Liz Galinaro. She played Ice Hockey, but I never was at a game while she played at UConn. I did see her as a pinch runner for softball so I told Eric about that. He didn't know she also played on the softball team.

It feels good to teach even when what I'm teaching is completely useless.
