This is really random

So I went cycling today and I want the whole world to know that Billy and Danielle are in love. I have absolutely no idea who these people are, but when you see a big red heart with names spray painted on the hill that you are climbing it's hard to forget.

Apparently spray painting the street is a big activity around Ashburnham, MA and in Rindge, NH. The local high schools are competing to write their names on the road. It was kind of startling to see the painting when you are driving.

I also did some yard work today in my backyard and found a 3 foot Milk Snake. It startled me and I startled it. I am used to seeing Garter Snakes but I wasn't used to seeing any other kind. Milk Snakes aren't aggressive or really dangerous.

On to sports...Carin Knight finished 4th in the NCAA Division 1 track and field championships in the High Jump. She also became an All American for the 3rd time.

I finally got to see a Mets game, and I was glad that I caught it. I can finally root for Gary Sheffield and it feels good to do so. He ripped a home-run. Omir Santos is also developing into one of my favorite players. He always seems to hit when I get to see my Mets play. He has clutch hits too. Fernando Nieve, (who I had never heard of until today) was tremendous for the Mets. I also love Fernando Tatis, that was a great signing by the Mets. Both Tatis last year and Sheffield this year have been great pick-ups for the Mets.

Today was also the first game that 3 Fernando's started on the same team in Major League history. No surprise the Mets set that record. We have so many Hispanic players on our team. The 3 players were Fernando Martinez (LF) Fernando Tatis (1B) and Fernando Nieve (P)

The only player to have hit 40 or more career home runs for the Mets and Yankees is Daryl Strawberry. That was the trivia question on Fox, and I was able to get that one right.
