random stuff

Wow I think it's been way way way way way way way too long since I mentioned Meghan Cunningham. It's been a really long drought for her. It reminds me a little bit of the dust bowl that I read about in the history books.

Anyway all I have to say is I got an A in the class that I wrote a paragraph about her in.

I got an A- on a paper in Anthropology that I wrote on Volleyball. The Mayor of Storrs is impressed...

...I am a Sports Management major...just so you know...if you couldn't tell...

This is the worst weather in the month of June in my entire life. Rainy and Cold. This is more like April weather.

The Fog is so bad at my Lake House that I can't see the islands in the middle of the lake.

Also just some advice...if you live in the woods or are outside in the woods a lot make sure to check yourself for ticks...I was doing yard work yesterday and I found a tick on myself today. Hopefully it hasn't been there long...trust me you don't want lyme disease. I've had it once before...

Of course I will relate lyme disease to sports. Lyme disease was discovered on me after I couldn't shoot a basketball in warm ups of a youth game when I was maybe 8 years old...I could barely shoot a lay up and my right elbow was in so much pain...I couldn't put my jacket on by myself... (My dad yelled at me because he thought I was being lazy) I remember crying because I thought I had just all of a sudden lost strength. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. As it turns out my coach was a doctor and he got the ball rolling on the treatment of lyme disease.
