Apparently Pat White was drafted by the Yankees in the 48th round (former West Virginia QB, who was also drafted by the Dolphins in I think the 2nd round this year.)
Former NFL safety John Lynch was the first ever pitcher selected by the Florida Marlins in the draft.
Track star Carl Lewis was drafted by both the Dallas Cowboys (12 round) and Chicago Bulls (10th round) in 1984 and didn't play for either team.
