Here is a sport that makes sauna championships and ferret legging look, well, normal.
In Sports Law we learned a lot about negligence, care for spectators, or invitees. We learned about waivers and all sorts of other things to keep you protected legally.
I love how the woman basically said that when it comes to Bull Poker, when you sit at a card table and wait for a bull to charge at you, that she thought it must be safe if they let spectators participate in it.
How about A. the people who run the event are stupid B. The people who run the event are lawyers who need business C. The people who run the event never took sports law with Dr. Fink.
