Lets look at a dumb promotion.
Like Skydiving.
Why don't we have someone jump from a plane and throw out the first pitch? or skydive and put a football down for a kickoff. That will be cool! I'm sure they will land on the field and not on the roof, or on top of fans in the stands...or in the dumpster next to the stadium...or the river behind the stadium.
Guess we will have to delay the start of the game because they still haven't landed.
Why do people come up with stupid ideas like this, and then actually try to follow through with them?
I'm sure fans will love staring into the sun and sky or just sky for two minutes as they watch someone slowly float to earth. Where is the excitement in that?
