So basically My Uncle, Rev Michael C Palmer of class of I'd say 1953 (yes he is my uncle...my dad is old and he was the youngest of five) had his name up for being city champion or something like that in either badminton or tennis and I feel like he deserves to be able to be googled.
That might be the best accomplishment athletically on my dad's side of the family. Obviously my cousin beating Michael Phelps in swimming when they were 10 or 11 is the best out of both sides. Brian Medlin can already google himself and find out that he was better than Michael Phelps at swimming once. Apparently this is on film. I'd love to see it, especially so I can validate what I wrote because it seems so hard to believe that my cousin beat Michael Phelps.
My dad actually does own a record for most miles running away from a ball being thrown towards him and also for the most dropped passes. He'd win an ESPY for the Worst throwing motion ever too.
