What I talk about all depends on where I am working. If you notice people on TV that talk are like former military officers etc. They don't usually analyze/report while they are doing their job. I never claim to be a reporter...I consider myself more of a story teller/recognizing good people/remember that great game/researcher...ok fine a writer...but not a reporter. I am not out to break stories or become famous. I'd rather be considered a press secretary or Sports Information guy than reporter.
I will not write about something I become heavily involved in because I don't even want to come close to mentioning or implying the "secret ingredients" of something.
Notice I rarely speak about my internship...
Enjoy what I write, enjoy it now, because one never knows if I will be able to speak about that subject for a while. I've signed waivers before promising to keep my mouth shut, and I keep up my end of the bargain. If I make a commitment I stick to it.
I will always write about sports, but what I write about might vary. I might keep private writing to help me reminisce, but I may not be posting it depending on what new opportunities arise.
