After work I went and played some soccer up at the fields at Franklin Pierce. After I got home my dad went EWW because I told him that I had played soccer outside in the rain.
It was at this moment that I realized why I talk and write about sports and why I don't play them at the college level...My dad thinks that playing sports in the rain is disgusting and a huge waste of time. No wonder he never pushed me to excel in sports.
Also FYI..I'm pretty bad at soccer...you wouldn't even want to be paid to watch me... I'm really just learning how to play...
