Never seen that before...

I watched Blackburn and Manchester United play this morning. At the end of the game it was tied 1-1 and neither team cared if they won so they just knocked the ball around for the last 5-8 minutes of the game. No one pressured the ball, they just walked and passed with each other leisurely.

I also went to Borders today, the one that until tomorrow is five minutes from my house. I've just started to get into reading (I enjoy reading about SPORTS, and US History, humor and biographies) so it sucks that the Borders I usually go to (even though I'm almost never in Stamford, I almost always found myself there the past several times I've been around) is closing. My mom told me that everything was 70-90% off so I went to check out what was there and buy quite a few books. I expected that some of the things I would buy would be available. Instead almost all that was left to buy were ceiling tiles. I had never been to a book store, or any store that was so empty before. THERE WERE NO SPORTS BOOKS LEFT!!! NOT ONE. I was sad. I found some history books, although there weren't many of those either. I thought about buying a book on Custer and another on Okinawa, but I didn't want either of them badly enough to spend money on them and wait in a long line to buy them.
