Best part of being in the middle of nowhere

I've determined that there are three reasons that it's really nice to be in the middle of nowhere.

One is that you never have to worry about finding a bathroom because the woods are everywhere. If you have a lot to drink you won't have to worry about your bladder exploding.

I don't know why I wrote that first one.

Two is that it's peaceful and tranquil which is so nice.

Three is that you have some local mom and pop places that take care of you and make you feel welcome. For example the place I went to get my bike taken care of today was a shop out of a guys garage. Nice guy, was able to stop in without and appointment and get taken care of right away and for free. Plus he was a good conversationalist.

It's nice not being in the middle of everything, and having spent a lot of time away from Stamford and in the slower paced Storrs and Ashburnham I've begun to really appreciate how much nice life is without having to sit in traffic, or having bad drivers cutting people off.
