random stuff about me

I've been sick with a cold for the past week. It's probably a side effect for watching one of the sports last weekend in the cold and rain.

That side effect was worth it.

One of the grad students I work a lot with was telling someone that I wasn't feeling well/wasn't right because I didn't want to talk...yeah that sounds about right. Hearing that made me laugh...It's true. (Although I am working on talking less too, it was a new years resolution. I'm sure hearing that disappoints the people who don't know me and lifts the spirits of those people I do know)

Back to things that involve sickness.

I make people sick with all this Meghan Cunningham talk...but that's another story for another day. Except if people got sick by all of my talk about Meghan Cunningham, Meghan Cunningham herself could cure the sickness I give them with her amazingness.

Ohh what wonderful thoughts I have at 12am.

I actually sent a serious quote about Meghan Cunningham to the Daily Campus for their quote of the day. I wonder if it will get published.

My roommates girlfriend thinks that Meghan Cunningham will not like me because I've put her on a pedestal taller than the Empire State Building. She thinks that Meghan Cunningham would not like me because she can never live up to the expectations that I and all 5 of my devoted readers have for her.

I think my roommates girlfriend is wrong. I'd bet one week of Meghan Cunningham references on that.

That would be like you betting your house.

We spent a half an hour arguing about that one night. Now you know what fun stuff goes down in my dorm room. Come join the party! I also spent 40 minutes convincing someone on the floor that he should come to rowing. I even gave him a schedule card with Willis Reed on it. (I carry them around as if they were my business card)

Two of the soccer players I correctly identified this week added me on facebook. I have to say that of the friend requests I get...there are only a select few that I go...wow they wanted to add me??? I was honored they added me, it's so much better than all those requests I get from sketchy people from places like Long Island.
