Again I stated that I couldn't understand how soccer players could possibly be injured so much...plus they love acting injuries during games...but I understand why they get injured. I just started playing soccer and I've already strained a knee ligament.
Oh and I love seeing Gary Sheffield hit his 500th home-run as a Met. I remember year after year that the Mets were rumored to sign or trade for Sheffield. I knew the Mets were bound to get him. Many great players play for the Mets, and usually, like in Sheffield's case, is past their prime. However, I still enjoyed seeing him hit 500 as a Met, to tie a game.
