Here is a good story for you. Apparently when Jake was in college he thought that he was a player. We all knew he was a basketball player, but he thought he was a "playa." I heard from one of my high school teachers that the ladies were not impressed. Jake had a Ford SUV with these huge tires when he was at UConn. So one day a couple of girls got mad at him and slashed his tires so that one side of his SUV was a low rider.
I've never hated that player or his game, but I guess girls have.
Speaking of that 1999 team, its hard to imagine that that was 10 years ago. It seems like just yesterday that UConn and Connecticut won that championship.
