Say thanks

You know sometimes when you are as passionate about things as I am you can become taken for granted. People just assume that you can expend so much effort and they come to expect it. As a matter of fact I feel bad when I don't give 110% and go above and beyond...in anything.

I've never felt that the soccer team or the Dulski's who often read my blog, take me for granted. They comment or say hello if they see me in person. I want to thank the team for all the thank you's I get for the things I do. I miss practice and I am ready for the next season to start. I appreciate any kind words that I get from them or hear second hand. I appreciate that they appreciate what I do. I also appreciate that the Dulski's not only take time to read what I write but also to comment. That means a lot to me.

I just felt like I should express that today.

  1. Your writings are insightful, funny and sometimes part of our family conversations. J's sisters are starting to follow along with some others. I am certain there are many who take the time to see what you have to say - no clue as to why they don't step up and write back.

If you have time to head out this way for a Ravens game, consider yourself welcome.

  2. haha thanks. Well I didn't mean that people didn't appreciate this or my work. I think it's easy for people to take things for granted and I am glad that you and others don't. I know I take things for granted sometimes and it never turns out well. I just was really grateful for those who take the time to comment and thank me for what I do.

I think I may have had a bad day that day when I wrote this, but I really appreciate the thank you's I get. I don't know how often I say "your welcome" when I am thanked. I guess it was my way of saying your welcome.

As for the Ravens game, I wish I could make it, but with my schedule the way it is and how far away the games are it really is not feasible. I really wish the Ravens played in the Northeast and not the great lakes region!
