Principles of my coaching

My principles of coaching would revolve around two basic things. Every time you go out your goal should be to do the best that you can and to improve. If you leave a game thinking that you did the best that you can and that you improved than you should leave with your head held high no matter the outcome.

I have been sort of hesitant to write about the Ravens sometimes because I know their record isn't something that would be posted everywhere, but I have noticed that they are improving and are getting better. From what I remember from last year, this season has been a step forward. If everyone is playing their best and trying their hardest and improving than that's all that you can ask for. If they have done that they should hold their heads up high.
