Circuit training is something that is really difficult and it's what I did in weightlifting today. Coach really got us going. We had 30 seconds of working out and 40 seconds of rest. We were supposed to do as many reps as we could. I tried really really hard. So hard that I felt like I was about to throw up at the end. We did this for about 20 minutes.
Apparently teams do this about once a week for about an hour. They workout until they see stars.
