I've seen one of them

I have seen a preview of one poster this year, and that would be women's soccer. I saw it over a month ago. I don't know if they tell people who is or isn't on the poster. I'm not going to kill any surprise if there is supposed to be any.

All I'll say is that if you look back at recent history you will be able to figure out who is and isn't on this years poster.

I saw it briefly and none of the pictures looked bad...I know some people worry about things like that.

I think anyone who is ever put on a poster or schedule card should consider themselves lucky to represent their school to the public...even if they have a weird face while competing..(A friend on track complained about that) The decision makers feel that you represent yourself, the team, the school and the state (since many colleges do represent the entire state or local area) well enough to be put on a poster. You should feel proud of yourself if you make it on a poster or card.

Athletes should also be very careful of how they act when they wear their gear. I've formed an impression about an entire school because of one player I saw. It's not right logically, but it's just how it is. When you are on the road or in gear remember that you represent not just your team, but the entire university...and when you go to state u...the entire state. You can't be perfect...but go out of your way to say please and thank you. People will form impressions, good and bad, about an entire group of people because of you. I can assure you I've heard both good and bad things about other schools from security guards, limo drivers, facilities...etc.

Also be careful when you are wearing your gear around. Be smart enough not to drive your friend to the court house in your team gear. This happened at a school I know of. A reporter was there and phoned the school and basketball coach asking why one of his players was at the court house in his team sweats. Yes it's unfortunate that people would make a big deal about that, but it's reality.
