Some Division II benefits

So I got to know a Division II athlete who also played in Division I and asked them about some of the differences between Division's and how they were treated.

Some highlights...

Two trainers for 16 teams
No marketing department, No posters
No post game meals
Most road trips were day trips, and when they got meal money it was about half of what it was that she got at Division II
No team banquet, just one for the whole athletic department
Less gear
Less coaches
Gifts were rare
