I was chatting with this athlete today (Maybe you know who she is and a little bit about her) and I asked her about the movie "The Little Giants." I noticed that she wrote that it was her favorite sports movie in the media guide and had to ask why on earth she would like a movie with such a bad outcome, the Cowboys losing.
I don't remember anything about the movie other than that my favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys, lost. This made me mad. I was really mad that the Cowboys lost in the movie. You would think I might like any sports movie, especially at the age that I watched it, but I hated that movie. It made me mad. I think I even have the book "The Little Giants" but I can't stand that movie.

Thankfully it had nothing to do with liking the New York Giants.
ReplyDeleteRather it had to do with liking a character named Becky O'Shea and she loved the kid named Junior.
I actually did research on the movie to see if I would remember who those characters are and I didn't even remember them because I was so involved in the outcome of the movie, the Cowboys losing.

Oh my, I am so mad I missed it. I was in an intramural basketball game that took place tonight. I'm so mad I missed it!
