I just don't understand how you can fire one of your employees, in the case of BC, their head football coach, because he wants to see how interested an NFL team is in his ability to coach. Interviewing for a different job is much different than actually accepting it. Some people are just interested to see where they stand. The threat to fire someone if they interview for another job is one that looks much better on paper then it does in reality. You can't prevent people from trying to better themselves.
It's also too bad that everyone is talking about this football coach and has almost totally forgotten that they just beat the #1 team in the country in basketball.
That's just my two cents.
